Based on the principles of ‘karma-yog’, Abhayaranya, the yoga ashram situated in the foothills of Himalayas offers a unique Living Yoga Program. This program comprises essential elements of higher living that is based on - spirituality, social integration and selfless action (nishkam karma निष्काम कर्म). The program can be taken individually or with the family, friends or work colleagues

The Living Yoga Program welcomes all ages. The program is effectively blended with the Yoga asanas, pranayam, meditation and other relaxation techniques to help you make a clear difference through practice while you are here. We have trained medical practitioners available onsite who will check your medical vitals throughout the program to collect tangible improvement in your health and well being.

14 Days Yoga Retreat - Eligibility

You can enroll in the retreat if you:

You have no yoga experience and simply wanted a peek into the zen world.
You want to attend a 14-days program but are unsure if it is worth your time and money. Three days of retreat will provide you with a thorough understanding of the program structure and confidence in enrolling in the long-term program.
If you are a frequent yoga practitioner with limited time and need a break from your fast-paced existence,
Aged between 18 years to 75 years
Children, families, students and/or backpacker
No prior yoga asana or meditation experience is required
Planning to spend some time in the nature and connect to your inner self
