21 Days Intensive Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh, India
Abhayaranya yoga ashram in Rishikesh, India has designed intensive yoga programs for both beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice and enhance their skills. Each day will be a step on a journey that will experientially deepen your understanding of the core practices of yoga. With a focus on excellence, education, and community, the curriculum focuses on detailed asana techniques, yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation for modern living.
Although this retreat does not give instruction on how to teach yoga, it is a comprehensive continuing education program for those who are already practicing yoga or teaching yoga, a solid starting point for aspiring teachers, and the perfect way for students to deepen their practice without committing the time or finances necessary to complete a full teacher training. If you have or are planning to be enrolled in 7 or 14 days yoga retreat at Rishikesh Yogpeeth, this can very well be considered as an extension of these programs.
Intensive-style courses offer the opportunity to stay connected with your teachers for continued support and guidance. We also encourage you to be a part of our community page of Facebook to be in touch with like-minded people. This will allow you the opportunity to take your learning out of the yoga ashram and integrate it into your daily life. You can expect morning and afternoon asana practices sprinkled with theory, contemplation, journaling, and meditation. This is a space where deep bonding happens and long-term friendships are formed.
